It's basically an inventor's collaboration site where people can submit ideas, contribute to the ideas of other people, and quite possibly make money while doing so.
Of course, I wouldn't be me if I didn't point out the possibility of trolling the site...

That's the one thing that I do not like about this site. But, at least it's a minor amount and not like $1000 that some services that offer the same amount of help can charge.
