Many different people came up with many different predictions. Even if he used other peoples predictions, it's still matter of determining which ones are more likely than the others. Personally I find it impressive that he got so many things right. (I mean if it's so unimpressive why don't more people predict so many things more often?)
People with no health insurance can go to free health clinics. You won't die just because you don't have health insurance. Although I do believe everyone is entitled to healthcare, I can understand why people don't want to pay tax money for other peoples health insurance. I'm not sure which option is better overall. In short he just wants as little government involvement in peoples lives as possible and I can respect that.
On the other hand he is suggesting some radical changes, that to me sound like they come with a lot of risks. He's either gonna fix US economy or completely fuck it up. I'm not sure I'd be willing to take that risk.
