I'd agree with you, but I just watched that video again, and if you observe CRT scan lines (which would have sped up significantly if he'd fast forwarded it that much) jitter a bit, which is normal, but don't speed up. They are the same speed throughout, and they seemed fairly normal to me.
I could be wrong, but it seems like this is legit.
On a side note, this guy has way too much time on his hands. He should go work in data entry somewhere, he'd make quite a bit of cash. |

its stepmania, and no its not fastforwarded, i can say by the speed of the letters popping up on the score window in the end, and he couldnt have ff'd that segment alone cuz the jitter lines had constant speed all the time
