Nice art style. Looks quite good in 3D as well. Plays like Bulletstorm ... not in a hurry to acquire this tbh.

I hope the article that Sabin posted some pages ago is true because the demo was quite disappointing. The style is better than I thought but the game is too guided/scripted and with a very "consolish" feeling overall (a fov mod is extremely needed).
The splatter effects and finishing moves are good though.

Like it, but was annoying to have to see al the Press button X to... press RTB to... and dont know which button in on the keyboard. Already have from tradding i think ill unpack it.

Hmmmz... anyone playing this on a 27" display? I can't get the game to work @ 2560x1440. The right side of the screen is hacked off. The only way I can get the game to work is to drop the resolution to 1920x1200 which kind of sucks.

What. I had messages pop saying press E to eat souls and stuff. Do you have your controller plugged in?

I also had correct messages. Besides crazy fov, there was not a sign of console version.
Maybe You have controller or drivers installed?

It's not bad but didn't expect so much on-rail shooting to be honest. Though since it's the same demo used to impress the derps at Pax I too think the full game will be more enjoyable.  (usually trailers/demos for the press are always more action-oriented)

I read that article, then played the demo. Keeping what was said in the article in mind, I really think I'm gonna enjoy this game. Glad I preordered on GMG.

Just finished the demo. With this they want to convince people to buy the full game?! The demo is really retarded. Whatever, I understand that the actual game is not so scripted. Let's hope for the best then. Even if it's not, the game will remain unplayable for me as long as that horrible FoV is there. And yeah, this seems to be pretty similar to that abomination that should have never been released, that abomination called Bulletstorm. This one has an interesting world and all that though, so I might have an interest in it. Plus, the shooting feels quite good in this... as oposed to the retaded feeling shooting gives the player in Bulletstorm. Also, I really like the art style in this game.

It's the game's fault actually; AFAIK there isn't another game that uses PhysX but does not require you to have PhysX installed. So I believe they do something differently than all other PhysX games, something that bugs out for some people.

As of PhysX 2.8.4 (Latest being 3.1 I believe or 3.0.1) PhysX can be installed "driver less" or how to describe it but only a handful of titles have used that functionality, three if I remember correctly (That I know about) not counting the various programs and utilities also using PhysX.

If I remember correctly those were Cursed Crusade, Hamiltons Great Adventure and possibly Haunted: Hell's Reach but I'll check that up more thoroughly.
(I'm also thinking about Orcs Must Die but I don't remember if it used a PhysX redistributable or not, it certainly has all the files to be stand-alone though.)
EDIT: And Postal 3 come to think of it.
(I could be wrong about this one though, it might have used a older PhysX library.)
(I think Red Orchestra 2 also used the redistributable but it might have been one of these other listed titles.)

Demo was great and all but you can clearly see it was designed for consoles, using the slash and so forth just doesnt feel right with mouse. Other than that it feels like a solid game.
