While having a laugh at USA is always fun, landing and taking off the moon is a substantial obstacle and it's a great accomplishment that cannot be undermined.

IMO, all those are achievements, all of equal value.
It doesn't matter who did what in the past, it's about what comes forth out of this in the next xx years that matters

Yeah, it's hip to poke fun at the US and at the same time glorify communism/russia. Great message, too. That picture couldn't be more biased.

I like how they point out the two space shuttles exploding yet don't point out the numerous deaths of the Russian space program. In terms of safety NASA had a far better record then their soviet counterparts.
Also, look up the Corona / KEYHOLE programs. It could be technically said that the US really had the first space station.
