I did that and it didn't work for either neverdead or koa. And im positive that i dont have the silent dae.bin update since i haven't connected to xbox live in a year or more.
I keep getting disc unsupported and i dont know whats causing it lol, i followed the steps exactly.

If you are still on an older dash (pre metro) and don't have the dae.bin update, I'd recommend you go the RGH route. It's much more convenient and it'll save you a lot of unneeded headaches, not to mention all that money you spend on dvd', bad burns, fw updates and new ihas dvd rw.

Unplug your hdd and try again

Tried that. I started the xbox with the HDD unplugged and got a prompt to update my console in order to play this game (That's weird, i thought Amalur didn't have a dash upgrade included. Anyway i declined the update, closed the console, reconnected the HDD, started it again, tried starting the game and got the same Disc unsupported message i got before. No dash update request this time though.
Neverdead and Amalur are the only games that i get disc unsupported with though. Any other ideas?

Without Ihas124 you must truncate and burn as before. You should be able to install and play if you didn't update your dashboard yet, play off disc if you did
2,4x speed is for ihas124 100% burning, you can burn at max speed since you truncate

I am about to buy ihas this week. This whole thing sure works?
I am on lt3.0 with newest dash and updated dae.
games which I burn(truncate now) works but I can't install them and I refuse to play games on a jet engine

Once you have a compataible iHas drive and it's flashed with LT-Max, then you won't have to truncate any longer and all your games should install and play just fine.

My box would give unsupported disc WITH ANY GAME installed on the hdd. Thus i had to sell my hdd. If you cant start the game with the hdd unplugged - leave it on but delete it from the hdd and try like that

i was surprised how easy it was with the ihas, just burn it in imgbur, layerbreak set to optimal and OPC on. Nothing else to it. Burned 5 Games so far and all work flawless. I suggest burning at 2.4, the first burn i did was on 4x and i had some streaming issues, a 2.4 reburn fixed it, but if you install anyway i guess that wont be an issue.
Before burning i put every iso in abgx to make sure its ok and i use Verbz.

When you just start burning its wise to trow them thrue Kprobe2. Then you can really see how good your burns are.

i've seen plenty of places talking about the XEX files, but when i use iso2god it doesn't have any xex files in the folders it makes. i know they can be extracted, but are xex files actually needed?

Can someone please point me to tutorial how to flash ihas and how to burn xgd3 games then on lt30?
I am getting it tomorrow. I am very suprised how cheap it is.

XEX files are like EXE likes but for XBOX360 , XBE are for XBOX1 games

''waves'' means DVD format partitions] to extract all files from this ISo to your directory [after extracting you can delete the unneeded things like SYSUpdates]... and then the magic happens , if you get a XEX file you can edit it to be region free ... after that you can play it normally from your favorite xex launcher or turn it into GOD with all xex file edited and shit deleted by using "Crear iso" a xbox360 Iso makes that makes images that are compatible with GOD and then use ISO2GOD to crate your NXE container that works from 'MY Games'
Same technical solution can be use on XBOX 1 ISOs ... Extract ... edit XBE to be region free... delete shit.... use Crear iso to make GOD compatible ISO.... use ISO2GOD... FTP that GOD .... but to play XBOX1 games you need a hacked dev kit xbox emulator that is on Xbins
