It works just fine, you just have to launch the game from the .exe shortcut instead of steam shortcut, not much of a difference.

just found this on bitgamer The.Darkness.2.Fixed.Gore.Crack.Only , apparently it doesn't require green luma , mind trying it sausje ?

Gearbox is the dev for borderlands 2, 2k just publishes it.

it also resembles borderlands quite a lot, sure there aren't talking ammo vendors or anything but it uses a lot of the rendering techniques and other stuff 2k did on borderlands too, i'd be surprised if it wasn't the same engine frankly, i agree though with 2k only publishing it is a bit odd to see so much similarity.

2K didn't "do" anything on either game. They're publishers, dude, the developers are completely different; Digital Extremes has done Darkness II and Gearbox was behind Borderlands. 2K just pays the bills.

obviously, but seriously, you don't see what i'm talking about?
the cell shading rendering method, the way buildings and walls look to a point, hell i nearly mistook some of the enemies for the one thin raider a few times, then there's the skill trees - no leveling up, but minor difference really, points based vs level based - are similar too, a couple of skills that are really good and then most of them being either boring or near useless.
like i said, given 2k is only the publisher, it's odd that so many similarities are there.

The game's nothing like Borderlands, except for the visual style. Shooting mechanics are different, level deisign is different, atmosphere and story are diferent... everything is different, BUT the visual style. Going by the same logic you could say that Borderlands 2 is going to be like XIII or Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm.
