Just played through "Arrival" for the first time and it's a piece of shit. If this is the quality we should expect from ME3, I won't even bother to install it. I guess I won't fit in the targeted audience who enjoy the casual alien gay sex.
btw. Ive just finished replay on renegade ME2 week ago. Any DLC I should download?

Normally I'd recommend all of them, but since you've already finished the game the armour/weapon kits won't really make much difference. However, you definitely want these; Kasumi, Zaeed, Shadowbroker, Hammerhead, Overlord and Arrival -- as each ties in with the story and has characters that transfer over to ME3 if they survive in ME2. Not so much Hammerhead, though that was fun to play.

You don't NEED to replay the whole game, though a save before you travel through the Omega4 relay is preferable - that way you can accomplish the loyalty missions for Zaeed and Kasumi and have them for endgame. I'm astounded you didn't bother installing any of the DLC for your replay .. there's been quite a bit of it since ME2 came out and the story-based stuff is really good. It's only the ridiculous "Aegis Armour Pack!!11" bullshit that you can safely ignore.

Dumbass You are planning on playing ME3, right? How were you going to import your saves if you've deleted them?
I was planning to play it on 360 anyway, sinve I have my very good paragon saves there.
My last replay of me2 on pc was doing renegade and I don't take renegade playthrough serious.
If You could provide me with either good paragon or good renegade saves and names of dlc's I could maybe play them

What happens if you don't import a save? I imported a save in ME2, so I don't know how they handled that. Just some default setting?
As kundvagn said, you get to choose a COUPLE of decisions .. but the rest are chosen for you, some of them are the bad choices (well, depends on how you play )
It's got a scary huge, database of saves from all over the game. Oh and those also include 360 saves as well .. not to mention you can use Gibbed's modified editor to alter your own 360 saves.

Bring Down the Sky is bloody brilliant! The other one, Pinnacle Station, is quite horrible, being pretty much a bunch of survival maps with a mini-story tied to them, but there's really no point in not installing it too, since you get to buy some awesome new items if you complete it (if you don't? you don't lose absolutely anything).
