Uhhh, W3 is the international consortium that develops the standards for the world wide web. Hardly a mobile phone site. You'll find their address in the headers for a LOT of webpages.

Those 3 lines are commented out in HTML (enclosing with <!-- --> ) so that they don't appear on the main page while viewing.
The 3rd line has been updated on the date given on the 1st line while the 2nd line remains unchanged.
Interesting.

EA and Bioware don't have anything to do with any D&D license anymore, so there is no way they're involved in this.
