The installer can be tweaked for english. apparently that copy is a english audio but russian subtitles. CookedPCConsole folder only has BIOGame_RU.tlk file for subtitles.

It's bezel correction and HUD alignment for multi-monitor users though and not FoV or aspect ratio corrections as such.

I wondering something. When you finished ME2 as a renegade character will your face still på evil looking when u import your character from ME2 - ME3?
Well they will probably have some event that will allow you to change how the character looks, so probably not. After all, the whole point of you dying in ME2 (spoiler ) was so they could reconstruct you and you could choose how you look again. And no matter how much you've changed, all the characters knew who you were.
