So, if the generated key works fine on the official servers as of yet, can I keep using that until it gets blocked, and THEN get a legit key? Is there any risk of having my IP banned or something from the official servers?

I need some help here.
i have the STON3D clone version of the game (DVD).
how to i install it ??? ( i have alcohol 120% latest version).
10x
My System:
CPU : AMD "Barton" 2500+.
Memory : 768MB DDR PC2100.
GFX : Nvidia 6600GT DDR3 128MB , AGPx8
M\B: Gigabyte GA-7VT600P-RZ MotherBoard
Sound: AC97 Realteck 5.1 ALC655 - Audio.

Looks like the cdkey protection is in full effect on all server's now, I get the error whenever I try to join a game, official EA server or not.

So. Are there any cool 32/64 player Europe unofficial servers which are ranked? I'd really like to unlock these new weapons. Anyone? I myself am playing in bf2.zone.ee. Estonian server(my home country). Ping is nice. I have it under 60. Server is for 32 players, but every time a round ends, game crashes on desktop. WTF! Too bad Zone.ee server is unranked. It would kick ass.

The only ranked servers are the EA servers. They didn't realise the ranked server software because they didn't want people to hack it like people did with the demo.

Completely bullshit. There are many non-EA ranked servers. Check it out urself.

The dude posted this about 2 hours ago in the forum..... bad news....
Hey,
Okay update... bad news unfortunately but I am determined to keep you informed. At this point I have not recieved any CD Keys, and I am not sure why if the supplier took the day off or what, but I have e-mailed them and since they are in Asia I am waiting for tonite for them to become available when they are on work shift. The current ETA is 24 hours for those keys purchased on the 20th to 21st, and 48 hours for those purchased on the 22nd (today) and in the future until things slow down. So from this point on that is the wait, and I will be hiring somebody to help me deliver them once they arrive.
[DELETE: EA turned on the CD Key check... I guess the demo is the only thing now.]
Thanks for understanding and also I have told several customers that you can take every day of waiting and count them up, and once you recieve your CD Key, just shoot me an e-mail with your GKS username and I will credit your account with $1.50 per day towards your next purchase.
I hope you can all understand and bear with me on this one

Too bad. Still saves me 32 euro, but I'd have bought it in the shops if I knew this would happen.

Sounds like a total phony. Like I said before on the topic titled "Gamekeystore.com", the guy probably goes to his local Wal-Mart, pops open the box, and grabs as many as possible. Technically he's not stealing anything and opening boxes at many retail stores is not against store policy.
So there ya' go, your reason for not hearing anything for a day or two. He's gotta GET the keys first. 
dyn IP addys, subnet & mac spoofs, email routing, and if all else fails, wi-fi. banned? lol, its more like brb. =p

News from gamekeystore:
All new orders are considering Back Orders as I am not sure how long it will take to deliver. All current outstanding orders are now awaiting tonite (PST) as I will be calling up the supplier and see what's going on with my bulk order. It has never taken more than 48 hours to get CD Keys but I ordered a LOT this time but will be hounding them for more info tonite as it is only 4AM there now and they aren't working.
If you desperately feel that you need a refund and want to buy it in a store, let me know it can be arranged.

and can you play on the same account you used with the fake cd key cause i bought the game and want to be sure that i can play on that account without beeing banned with the 50 euro's i paid for bf2 
It just wont let me connect multiplayer and yet I see several ppl here are having no probs.
