Sometimes it feels like this game was developed by two different teams. There are areas which are done very well, great missions and it all looks excellent. Then all of a sudden you do a mission which is plain boring and looks like crap (very bad textures). Maybe I'm imagining things.
The journal is also completely useless since it never updates. How the hell am I supposed to know wich items/artefacts I've already collected? I can't find some interface to see what I collected (for SQs I mean).
The James character is so uninteresting, I'd prefer Jakob over that useless twat.
How a dev studio can make the "outer" purgatory crowd like that and actually leave it like that for the final build is beyond me. I'd facepalm myself out of shame really. I still like the game, but the results of the clear time constraints are so in your face, it's getting a bit funny. Nothing wrong with cutting some corners at the end, I'm sure every dev does it, but why the fuck did they have to be so apparent.

Replaying on Insanity now, just overheard on the intercom
Spoiler:
Mordin giving Joker some tips on sex with EDI.
Joker"Let's, uhhh, not tell anyone about it. Especially Shepard"
Mordin, looking at Shepard "He won't hear it from me"
Joker "He's standing right there, isn't he?"
Seriously, ME3 banters are the best in the series.
Just finished it. I picked the blue ending and it's just an insult. And Bioware don't forget to remind me to play future DLCs. Really a shame. Never been so disappointed for long time because of game or movie ending.
Hello, all.
Have a problem and can not find a solution for it.
Have started to play ME1 and I feel that the sound is stuttering.
When I talk to my squad members the sound of the dialog is lost.
Like skipping or jumping around, very frustrating .... Bioware crap.
I have experienced slow downs in fps, this engine or coding is a joke.
Sorry for my English is not my native language
I just returned to Citadel to completed a boat load of side missions which were pending on it and suddenly, it's under attack from Cerberus. After I cleared them off, I access my journal and my worst fears came true, all the Citadel missions which were listed earlier have been rendered inaccessible.
Is that it for those missions? My earlier save is way back and I don't think I would start over again from that point. At this point, I'm really starting to get pissed off with how Bioware has shaped this game, this is downright cheap.
Yes, that event invalidates the earlier missions there.
(I lost only two but they were impossible to complete anyway.)
Spoiler:
Normally you can buy missed components and items but not always so the Purgatory power grid component could not be delivered since only the return to citadel mission remained and all current systems were explored.
Hanar / Kasumi quest could also not be completed since after leaving the citadel I could not interact with the power terminals required for this job.
There's a second event as well so try to complete those missions when possible.
Larger spoiler:
Spoiler:
Albeit in the end it matters little as everyone on the citadel is killed when the reapers capture it.
Correct the Path to your game folder in "D:\Mass Effect 3\"
save it as install.bat and put it in _installer folder, then run it and wait until it finishes installing the game.
need only those registry keys nothing more and I dont even have RLD release only some extracted where is no _installer folder - just extracted gamefiles
Level 41, gameplay time: 15h
Doing this series of sidequests on Tuchanka right now.
In ME2 I was using almost only powers (like levitation or charge), but in ME3 weapon are so strong combined with fire, frost or piercing abilities, no need to use powers anymore, even against cicosaurs (these dragonic reapers, lol).
Very funny to see a male krogan fully dominated by the female chaman Eve ~~
I just completed the game at level 57 (imported ME1/2 save) doing pretty much everything I could find and do with an EMS of 3573 and I don't understand the "good" (i.e. 5k EMS) ending, at least the one listed by IGN and other sites.
Ending spoilers/questions:
Spoiler:
There's always the mention of where Anderson "lives" or is "saved", but he essentially always dies right?
I tried different conversation routes and both times Anderson gets shot by me then either the Illusive Man commits suicide (paragon) or I shoot him (renegade intervention). Afterwards you have a scene where Anderson says how proud he is of you and dies.
So essentially the only thing you miss from a EMS score of above 4 or 5k is the extra scene where Shepard in amongst rubble breathes, showing that he/she still lives (assuming you take the "red" option).
If that's the case, then people shouldn't really be getting so worked up over the need to play multiplayer to raise the readiness rating. Yes, it is a dickmove by EA/Bioware, but it doesn't change the ending that much - particularly if you don't pick the red option.

Change the paths so it points to where ever you've extracted the files to, obviously. Reg file of the above here, if you want it: http://www.mediafire.com/?87udg1zqvmmt91l

I just can't understand how could the fuck up journal so bad. Missions are not categorized and dont update. You cant even "open" them to see what has eben done.
And the worst thing is that Shepard is picking up thousands of thouse fucking stupid side missions just overhearing someone talking on a telephone on a citadel or something!!!
He just walks around the citadel and BAM! 10new quests.
After finding some random items on quest mission, which apparently complete those side missions, he just walks up to the same person on the citadel, who is still talking the same shit over cellphone in the same spot(and its been days or weeks): "ooo heya there... Iiii... I've got this turret projects I've accidently overheard You wanted so badly " he is like a creepiest stalker in the galaxy They really fucked up some things. Just like above - some parts are great and some are at least not fitting. Good thing that story is mostly great. I actually liked the "proper" ending
3080 | ps5 pro
Sin317-"im 31 years old and still surprised at how much shit comes out of my ass actually ..."
SteamDRM-"Call of Duty is the symbol of the true perfection in every aspect. Call of Duty games are like Mozart's/Beethoven's symphonies"
deadpoetic-"are you new to the cyberspace?"
Oh my... it looks so much better than ME3 that it's not even funny. It also made me think of reinstalling the first game.
As for ME3, I got to say that it gets a lot better. The first 5 hours or so are completely retarded, but after that the missions are really damn great, better than most in ME2. The main plot is really lame, but the rest is exactly the opposite. This had such a great potential to be a very good game, to end this series in a proper way, but they simply rushed it. Most of the time I enjoy it more than ME2 actually, but I still consider a worse game.

It's not so bad as DA2 fetch quests, but it's really close.
Still, considering that they all have unique dialogue (unlike DA2), I have no idea why haven't they made "cinematic" dialog with all quest givers. It would feel less cheap.

Eh, it goes both ways. I killed at most a dozen things the entire game with my guns because there's absolutely no need to use anything besides biotics (and overload/energy drain from a companion).
Part of it is because I play on insanity though, powers gain a large advantage over guns because combo detonations scale the same as enemy hp does.
My friend is not able to join my game.. It says "joining the game..." and nothing happens.
anybody having this problem?
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
P.S.: Personally, I'm still interested in playing this, mostly because of the other 2 games.
If it was a completely new franchise, this would probably go the Syndicate way: download it and forget that I've downloaded it until a while later.

So why ruin two good games with s shit taste in your mouth after playing this? Like Spiderman 1 -2 -3. I would have felt so much better if I didn't watch the third film. But as it is, the whole trilogy is shit because of lasting memories of the last crap.

What two good games?
You mean a great game like ME and an ok-ish game like ME2?
Well, from what I've read so far this one seems to be better than ME2, apart from the dumbass ending.
I have a feeling that it will be like Lost S6, a good season ruined by a shit and lazy ending.
Although whenever I remember lost the ending pops up right away, so you might have a point.
