game sucks,.. camera is retarded,.. level designer was on high dose of hoffman,.. not worth of trying,.. i pass my key to somebody...

i must agree on this, the game doesn't come close to sacred, diablo, wow....

Irony? The game is pretty much the best Diablo clone since Titan Quest.

All these "Diablo fans" seem to have not played Diablo 1 and 2 at all. This is much more like those games than Diablo 3.
Sin317, have you even played the game or are you just the master of confirmation bias?

Please elaborate, because this is an entirely different game. The flask system is pretty brilliant, the skill tree is a little over the top and the trading system is just plain bollocks. Graphically it's a decent engine but the camera is too close to your character and animations look awkward. Combat sure as hell is not like D1 and 2 because you've got hotkeys for more than just 2 skills here - just like D3 (one of D2's flaws anyway, so that's a good thing).
How exactly is this closer to D1 and 2 than D3?

You won't find anything if you're searching for camera configuration. The game was built around that camera and they said they are considering a slight zoom-out, but nothing more. Personally, I have nothing with that, because it doesn't bother me anymore.

I have no issues with it either as such, was just interested in checking if it could be improved, exe file hints at various camera adjustments (Whereas in the game it's very static.) but there's no zoom or such mentioned from what I could see.
Only thing to try and understand now is the trading of items (Which often leads to fragments of scrolls and such.) and skills (Of which there's a few.) otherwise I'm OK with the game.
(Offline mode and making your own servers would be nice though but that's probably unrealistic to expect as it's a online game.)

I agree about the fixed camera, it's the only issue that I have with the game..definitely too close. Other than that it's damn good, hopefully seems like the ability to zoom out will be implemented in the near future, at least this is what they're saying

I don't want to start a flame or anything but I tried playing PoE today, with this patch, right after I finished my 4h session with D3 and no... just no... There is a loooooong way ahead of this game to become good h'n's title, imho.

This game once its out of beta will be a good game i like the style more then D3 way too Wowish... and its gonna be free thats the best i was also skeptic but 3 months in beta it has really grown and they listen hard to feedback in forums.

Please clarify. Your English is not clear. You are saying that PoE has a long way to go to equal Diablo 3? You think Diablo 3 is a much better game after playing both?
