If i had these problems for over a year already i would give the finger to ziggo and move to ADSL.

ADSL is no option here (i had ADSL before i moved to Ziggo), Online only had 8mbit lines here, moved to Tele2 50mbit, only got 24mbit here.
Live around 1.5km from the ADSL connection point (?) here, so it's horrible.
Fibre is still a long wait

Try to contact their helpdesk again and again and ask them for a discount in your costs if they can't deliver a steady connection.
I had the same problems with ADSL before and it turned out there was something wrong in one of those cabinets besides the road. It took me ages to get someone on the spot who could actually solve it but at least i had my internet for half the price during that period.

Well i had Tele2 6 months for free (i told them that atleast i wanted to keep internet untill Ziggo delivered)
Anyway Ziggo knows about the issue finally now and ill wait what comes out of this.
