Despite the negative comments on this game, I am rather enjoying it.
I am also glad like many on here that I didn't shell out $60 for this but would be happy to use a blank Verb.

Game is not even worth a Verb IMO, except maybe online if you dare to do that with pirated games.
Basically it is a mixture of L4D and Socom. You run around in a 4 man squad, shooting mostly other soldiers, sometimes fighting zombies, but that was quite boring. Shooting feels really unrewarding, there is not enough feedback to your shots. I only played the first 3 levels, but those were boring as well, rooms repeat themselves quite often (escape from the G-Virus monster in lvl 1 especially). Animations are quite awkward. Shooting is the only thing to do really (at least in SP, MP might be different). But you only have very little ammo on you, that's why they have like 2 ammo caches in each room.
You can choose a character from 4 or 5 types, but in SP I don't see any reason to choose anything else than a gunner, when your teammates are so stupid.
I really am a big RE fan, and I was looking forward to this, and I did not expect this to be a "classic" RE title, but would have been fine with something more action oriented. But the outcome is just plain bad. Don't play it if you are only gonna do SP. MP might be different, though.
