Over the last half of 2011 I gained about 3-4 kg, and non of my old clothes fit me. I've been working out for a while now doing strength training with supersets and eating well, no junk only nutritional. I can't run because it hurts my left knee, can't cycle because my bicycle are shit, so supersets with minimum rest are the way to go for me. I'm hoping to drop the extra weight by summer, but tomorrow I have a dentist appointment and I'm going dressed in workout clothes because nothing else fits. I feel like a soccer mom wearing those outside the house. Thank fuck I don't have a job and don't have to leave the house often. 3-4 is not so much... Your clothes must have been pretty tight already. Ive gained 15kg in last 2 years and I am still wearing my old clothes no problem... But I am gaining weight all over my body. I went from 85 to 98 and I just look larger and not fat:P I am on adiet tho anywy. It's kinda odd the fact that you gained only 3 Kg and none of your clothes fits you anymore. Did you use to wear skin tight leather suits by any chance? Random creations of an insane mind / Screens from Bulgaria [Early Access]

Maybe you should change that.

A 1 hr walk per day will help you out a lot to drop some light weight (in your case if your problem are just those 3-4 kgs) , especially now that it's getting warmer outside. Grab a friend or a mp3 player, with some good music or a nice podcast, and go out on a stroll for a few minutes. You can clear your mind too.

But yeah, if your clothes don't fit you anymore after putting on 3-4 kgs, you should think about getting new clothes as well.
What in gods name where you wearing until now? Gimp outfits?! Laughing

I love my gimp outfits and skinny jeans. Allow me to explain, right now I'm 93-95 at 1.85, with my build I need to be around 87. I need to drop 6-8 kg to be normal weight, and 3-4 to fit into my nice clothes which were still a bit tight at my old weight, but now they're very tight. And when I gain weight most of it goes to waist and gut so everything is a little too tight. God no. Anyway I just completed a workout, jogging in place and jump rope are great exercises, and I did some pyramid pushups(let my people go...). I might start going for strolls in the early hours of the morning, but the fucking pigs here man, they detain you for no reason just to fill a fucking quota.
