Only thing really pissing me off right now is the amazingsuperfucked server browser, I hate it beyond belief. Takes forever, get 0 ping on half of the damn servers and no way of adding friends or saving manually inserted ipadresses. Fucking fucked is what it is......! |
Roger that on the browser, its really annoying. Lots of probs, for example when i choose "Not full" on servers the damn thing shows alot of full servers, and shitloads of them with 0 ping...

ASE works only for listing servers, and thats because you have to log in to be able to play. I saw on another forum that EA should fix this soon, hopefully very soon.

Outta curiosity gents: Where the heck are the Bots for LAN play? Further, are there not more Game Modes for LAN? Its just Conquest? Seems uber-retarded for EA not to put bots into LAN play. Hoping someone makes a mod to correct that oversite.

I've had the game crash on me sometimes if I try to join a full game too many times. It's weird. After like the 3rd of 4th time I try to join the server it will just crash.

As said multiple times by fans/devs/other people, there are _no_ humans vs bots mode at all. There is only Single Player (you and bots vs. bots) and multiplayer (all humans). |

Just start single player game with one pc, and connect to it, via connect by ip second pc. You can also increase the number of bots to 64, but on 16 player maps.
So yes there is a Human + Bot match/coop session available. U just need to trick the game! W00t!!

couldnt they give an option to login to the master server at the ea site separately without having to open bf2 to do so? that way we could use ase too.
btw has anyone tried opening bf2 and minimizing it after the login,
then getting into a server with ase? |

Trick To change spawn time :
C:\Documents and Settings\<YourUsernameHERE>\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\ServerSettings.con (where logon is your windows logon)
and set these two lines:
sv.spawnTime 5
sv.manDownTime 5
You can change it evene to 1 2 3 whatever you want...

nah changing spawntime sucks, less chance to get revived by a medic and harder to play when you re a medic yourself.
10-15 secs are ok, below that sucks.

is this only me or after a few mins (20-30 or even less) the game begins to stutter and chock???
it feels like when i first run the game.. it runs flawlessly..but after a few mins .. in the same scene..the same map..even with the same amount of players ,the game begins to stutters...and its almost unplayable.
its not lagging or something that is realated to Internet connection,i guess it has something to do with "texture trashing" (i've heared it on other forum..).
so does anyone also experience this problem??? (if so.. plz what is your graphic card?)
My System:
CPU : AMD "Barton" 2500+.
Memory : 768MB DDR PC2100.
GFX : Nvidia 6600GT DDR3 128MB , AGPx8
M\B: Gigabyte GA-7VT600P-RZ MotherBoard

The first just does what you can do manually in the registry.
The second is just Vitality's keygen packed with a key changer, and a tool to make several keys out of vitality's keygen.
With other words, true torrent-material (=crap).

My VLT one works a lot of the time when I use "play online now!" I'd maybe trade some keys for this game but I cant imagine buying it even for 50% off..
