The fuck 
It's not a big deal, sometimes I use it too, it's basically a way to seem more polite in an angry environment  .
It's like trying to imply "please don't attack me it's just my opinion fellas I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings".

I take it to mean "I personally think X about it, but I im not trying to get anyone to agree with me, nor am I trying to convince you its a counter argument to yours."
Sort of a way of saying "This is what I think, and while it differs from yours, it is in no way an attempt to invalidate or challenging yours as being wrong."
The difference between telling someone something different than what was said in an attempt to correct them, and telling them something different to explain why YOU have that standing viewpoint. A short version of saying that you are not trying to start a debate on a definitive answer, but merely trying to give the other person insight into why you see it the way you do. :
