Question in the title, basically.
If I buy a game with account A (which, for this purpose is a NA account), can I play said game with account B (EU account)? On the same system.

Background to this question. Since Konami & SCEE are apparently bickering over Skullgirls like a bunch of schoolgirls I'd like to buy it in the NA store though I'd wanna play it with my "main" account. Is it possible or can I only play it on the account I bought it with?

Yes you can but obviously you need to keep your US account on your PS3 forever to keep playing Skullgirls.
