Usually FPSRussia doesn't show fake shit, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say.. "that's fake, right?" The muzzle flash looks odd and some of the shadowing cast by the quadrotor is iffy. Either way, I was getting strong Frontlines/Homefront vibes from that and I'll bet there are plenty of armies around the world currently working feverishly on making that a reality
HAHA!! Oh fuck, I wanna fire one of those bad-boys!
Bah. I used to love watching FPSRussia, but then I found out it's just a character and that he's not even in Russia, let alone being Russian himself. Ruined it for me
Very neat if it was real. I'll stick my neck out and say massively fake. I've flow RC helis since the 90's. Even a small rc heli produces alot more downwash than this thing is kicking up. There would be dust flying everywhere from that thing.

I've never seen him claim to be IN russia...and ofc the rest is a character - however, the weapons he show off are real (even though we all doubt this rc heli)
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.
He's American and not Russian... filming in America and not Russia. Kinda makes the whole "FPS Russia" thing moot, no? Still, it was disappointing and I haven't been able to watch anything since :\ But yeah, the guns are real and real epic too
Well the quadrotor is real, I'm just not sure about the flying and firing. Seemed iffy.
Is there a video of this quadrotor flying without the gun?
Of that exact one? None that I know of, but Quadrotor's themselves are real and vary in size. The ones you buy and control with your iPad/iPhone are pretty small.
Yeah i've flown a mates quad, i thought you meant this one was real. Just looks 'not right' to me. The flying, the shooting and the overall flying physics the heli is displaying doesn't sit right with me. Take the first clip where he is about to shoot the people on the hill, he points the nose down to take aim, but the quad makes no forward movement from the pitch change, infact it backs up if you watch it. the front two rotors would have to be almost horizontal to pull that off i would have thought.

Honestly, I'm wondering whether this is pseudo-advertising for Black Ops 2. He even makes mention of how "if you can't wait another 15 years, my friends are telling me this might be in the next Call of Duty" near the end.
Egh... sodding viral marketing

Are you serious?...
sigh
Oops. I guess you didn't know either? I know... it really is saddening
I can tell from personal experience that quadrotors such as that exist (a friend has one, it's controlled via smartphone), but it's nowhere near that controllable (most models I've encountered make use of the built-in accelerometer).
His controller is an iPad encased in a fancy case.
I call fake on this one.
R7 2700x @4GHz / MSI B450 Tomahawk / beQuiet! Dark Rock 4 / 32GB @3000 MHz / MSI RTX 2060 Gaming Z / Samsung 850 EVO 250GB / Western Digital 1TB / Fractal Design Meshify C Dark / SuperFlower Leadex Gold 650W / DELL whatever 27 inch IPS
And it'a a fake Soviet accent, Russian accent is different. It almost always ignores stressed vowels and accented syllables ala music of English language, then one of the syllables must be a little lounder than the others.
No matter how hard I try, I simply can't speak the proper way
Doesn't look real to me. That quad-rotor thing doesn't have the lift needed to carry all the weight from the gun + ammo. Whatever the fuck plastic tube thing they had as the ammo feed was not shaped right at all for any type of ammo besides BB's.
I could see them putting a mock airsoft gun on there and using that though, and then adding in the effects to make it look like bullets.

The image is now revealed on the website, and it is the quadrotor
It was likely a publicity stunt, FPSRussia makes millions a year with his youtube channel, he was likely approached by activision to produce that video, since most guys watching FPSRussia are either present or future COD fanboys.
