It is installed. I always install all games.
I wasn't playing it too much yet. maybe 2 hours with Dark Souls in between.
But it seems like it barely struggles to keep 30fps. It looks nice tho.
Prototype 1 was faster and more smooth. I am talking about the main character movement here. Did they changed the engine?

Did you try installing the game on the harddrive? Been playing since last friday and i'm not having any issues with the game.
Same here , Im playing it from external tho..I even raised major shitstorm in the city to see how performance holds up , and it remained smooth..everything in console terms ofc.

Other than that it's fine. No clue as to what "other" game KillerCrocker is playing this time.
the game doesnt have lot of huge frame drops, it runs at a consistent framerate- but a very low one. it manages to stay locked to 25 fps hence its playable but with noticable input delay. its not a game that demands split second reactions so its ok.

The game is plenty of fun and I like it.
There are no "dips" in fps... It constantly runs about 25fps and its more noticable than in other games that run with this speed. Whatever. its nothing bad. Got used to it

I just got this for the PS3. I am definitely enjoying it, but I will admit that the performance does seem shoddy. Also, the camera seems to really bounce around a lot. Just confirming what some others have mentioned. PC version should be a lot better just based on those 2 things alone.
around 15 hrs for main story, all side missions and collectibles.
the collectibles, ie. black boxes and etc. are easy to find since their location is shown as radar blips on the map in the collectibles section
What do the side missions involve? How are the boss fights?
side missions give you perks like in Fallout [heck they even ripoff this game] with a little picture and.. well they are perks heal more... eat more get more this... be invisible for this time ... etc.
Boss fights are meh lits like get this gun shoot it , then get another do the same because powers do shit
heh part 1 was a ripoff of Infamous 1 and part two did the same riped-off Infamous 2 gameplay mechanics to the BONE that you think its infamous 2
Those are totally different games. Both good and enjoyable. havent finished any infamous tho. only played some on friend's ps3

Yeah they are very similar but Infamous is a PS3 franchise at the moment whereas Prototype is multiformat. For that reason Xbox360 players should be greatful
Nobody denied the similarities, just the retarded notion of Prototype .. a game in development for several years .. being a rip-off of a game released only a month prior. Had inFamous come out a YEAR prior, that would be understandable.
