So i got contacted by GAME store if i still want CE edition,that i preordered last year, i said yes, but 100 Euro for it uff .. i cant decide if i want to keep it or sell.

Since I haven't followed Diablo 3's development and progression through time at all and since I'm considering buying it, will there be any monthly fees and/or any other kind of subsequent payment required to further play post purchase?

nope.
you buy, you play, sc2 style (but without an offline mode). if you have internet acces you can play. if not, you canot.

My specs:
