I was only playing as female Wizard during the open-BETA weekend. I really liked it so I'm gonna stick with her.
Not sure about my second char but really wanna try the Monk. Looks very interesting.

Monk as my main, but planning on going through all characters if the replayability is fun.
Dont mess with God, he can impregnate your girlfriend/wife without taking his pants off!

I'll either end up with Witch Doctor or Monk at first, depends on what my buddy wants to co-op with.
I'm usually not that fond of pet classes like the Witch Doctor, but it just looks amazing to me, FROGS EVERYWHERE!

My order of play will roughly be:
Witch Doctor, Monk, Wizard, Demon Hunter, and lastly Barbarian.
I really like the WD's skills, and he is closest to the Necro from D2.
The monk was surprisingly fun, but turned a little boring towards the end of the beta. I hope his upper level skills give him the needed fun factor.
Wizard is a standard caster, as well as the DH (ranged).
Barbarian is last only because he's the carryover from D2 and between the 2 melee classes, Monk is a little fresher.
