Solved mine, agent.exe (STILL) not properly closes, had to force close it.

12:01 means that they go open after noon... not midnight

I'm also of the opinion that it will/would be significantly easier to emulate D3 than WoW. Yes, a lot of D3 is server side .. but what IS server side isn't as complex as the average MMO. So like I said earlier in the thread; I think emulating D3 to a playable state should be a lot faster and easier than it was for WoW.
I still think it's going to take months and months before anything remotely playable shows up though. You only have to look at mooege to see that -- it's been out for months and isn't even considered playable :\ |
is not. you will have no chance to get the scripts for generating items/monsters, all the random things that d3 is based on.
wow is simplier, you already have a db with all the stuff in game, and their location. you can make predefined scripts (which are anyway crap vs "real" bosses experience to). hell, they dint even manage after 5+ years to link properly items with skills, or skills synergie between talents trees. last time i checked not even some skills after those years worked properly. like chain healing.
in diablo, even the spawn monster type is random.

This game won't let me play today. Fucking shit. Downloader has crashed for the second time, just closing on its own. Now i download the client from Usenet so i hope that one works.

nope, in Europe they open at 00:01 and this has been confirmed by my webstore, they will hand out the key then, 12:01 is just the US notation of midnight! |

Hopefully this game will be fun. Even though I got it installed and have my key ready - I'm off to bed. Doubtful if I'm going to be playing it before tomorrow evening.
Lets see if the server start is going to go off without a hitch. Happy playing fellas time to grab me some ZZzz..

No technical problems here. Instalation went flawlessly, redeeming a key from a retailer as well. No problems at all.
