Had to re-adjust the config file a bit as some options were rather low and others disabled themselves (global illumination but I also increased cube and shadow maps and LOD distance plus added SMAA.) but I think I got it working, also nice to see a game using AVX instructions whatever they're used for here though Codemasters have always been very advanced with CPU requirements.
(SSE4 for example.)
No idea how the game is though I'm about to do a test, I've not played these types of games in a while.
(I guess this here leans more towards arcade than simulator, works for me but there's many whom wants Codemasters to return to the ColinMcRae type of games which is to say more towards sim which would work as well but I guess sales would be worse, I've no idea maybe I'm wrong.)
EDIT: SMAA seems to be non-working, well that happens now and again.

They've had that weird narrator commentary since Dirt 2 or such if I remember correctly, I believe some form of commentary was in the earlier titles as well but a little more reserved.
(I guess it's supposed to offer some style or cool feature or such.)
EDIT: I guess GI is indeed disabled despite configuration tweaks then as I manage 40 - 60 FPS most of the time and that wouldn't be possible if the effect worked.
(Seeing how the 680 is a bit above a standard 7980 in performance let alone two in SLI unless it's some scaling issue but I assume performance is fine when it's disabled so that's not it either.)

It's mostly boring for me , dled that small jtag rip two days ago just to try out other races and modes..and got bored after 1h. When you try them all game loses it's way and becomes repetitive. Don't like this spin off at all..

Played last night for a bit - crazy arcade shit but was getting sucked in. Good game for nothing imo!
