I woke up in a good mood, and it's a nice day outside, so I'm not gonna respond to this because just thinking about it makes my blood boil.
Instead, I'm gonna ignore it, let Sabin respond to it if he wants, and later this evening, give the game to a lucky winner.
Now, I'm gonna go see how big of an ass I made myself in last nights BF3 session. |
Uhm, actually, I don't think anyone was embarrassed. This community is pretty tightly knit, and there is respect for those, who are active and contributing. Others have to become active, that is all. This is not the first givaway here, and this is how it usually works.
Also, I rather know my chances up front. Was I denied? Good, then I don't have to keep guessing until the deadline. Seems upfront and honest. I like that, and I would like that even if I hadn't made the cut.

You know, this is slightly off topic, but every time I see your posts, Claude, I an insatiable need arises to play DXHR again. God damn it man, that game was good. I'd sacrifice the complete diablo series on hell's fiery altars for a next DX game this year

59 because that's about the cost of the game here and if I had 59 dollars my wife sure as heck wouldn't let me spend it on a game but I can guarantee she would have something to spend it on and after 40 years of marriage, she gets pretty much gets what she wants.

I feel kind of sad seeing what's happening here. I mean, the man stated clearly who is allowed to enter in the giveaway (i didn't enter because:a. not a friend, b. not a big fan of Diablo3). So there was no need in attacking vaifan, really.
I'm gonna suggest him, for the next giveaway (if he's gonna make another one, seeing how the things worked this time), to publish the names of the people allowed to enter in the giveaway. That way, any confusion will be avoided.

I know, even after all these months I find it hard to change both the avatar or the signature because the game was amazing and it still holds the spot for my favorite all-time game (thus far) with D3 not that far behind, but that's judged merely from the Guest Pass and what I'm seeing at my co-workers. If I don't win this I will buy it anyway next month, I'm tired of the guest pass.

You can field test that on the street.
Try to give something, ANYTHING (besides cash) to people on the street WITHOUT explaining for what or why and most will refuse it. Most people will even avoid you and move away from you lol.
