Personally i skipped that asshole in Inferno. In fact i skipped the whole Act 2 with the quest/difficulty jumping glitch (well not sure if its a glitch but im not sure it was intended either). Currently farming the Siegebreaker quest in Act 3 and while it aint too easy , it aint too hard either and ive already found 4 1k+ weapons who all sold for more than 1m + on the AH. Soul lashers are a fucking pain in the ass though
Its cheap but if he does piss you off that much just do like i did and skip the fucker. Note that you will need to complete a Quest in Act 3 if you do the quest jumping if and want Act 3 to be available all the time after that,

Yes. Lets say you want to jump to Act 3 Inferno :
1) First chose an Act 3 Quest (IE : If you pick Heart of Sin it will jump you at that quest in Inferno) in HELL and then start a game
2) Immediately leave the game and join a public game
3) Ext the public game and once you are out you will notice that the game jumped you to Inferno
4) Resume your own game and you will be in Inferno at the Act and quest you picked for hell at step 1
Its pretty easy to do and take like 20 secs. You can do that for all quests and Acts. Not sure about the other difficulties but it works for Hell - Inferno

I did the Siegebreaker quest to perma my act 3. Having Tyrael fight at your side help tremendously (for farming too ). Tried to perma Act 4 but got raped by Rakanoth. Im not geared to farm A4 anyway. Oppressor and corrupted angels are just too much for me right now.
I found a ledgendary item (blackguard), but price on the AH range from 5 000 000 and 10 000. So how am i supose to price it? Or or should I wait for Real cash AH?
I seriously doubt that. Its a flaw in the system (unless it was intentional but i dont think so) , not a third party hack/bot or whatever.
Its up to Blizzard to fix their game.

If/when blizzard decides so, this is exploiting, which is a bannable offense.
Blizzard is aware of it. This has been known since a few days after the launch. If they thought it was that bad they would have started warning and banning people or fixed it in one of the 3 patches they released. If you start banning people for this you may as well ban those who used the resplentiscent (sp) chest exploit , the gold exploit or the Tyrael exploit (the first two have been fixed). All flaws in the game that don`t/didnt require any third party hacks or exploits. Its THEIR responsability to ensure that something like that is not possible. Look like the beta testers haven`t done their job properly.
I`m not worried at all about getting banned. Not for that anyway.

Either wait for Blizz to buff the legendaries as they said they would in the next patch and see what happens or sell it ASAP for as much as you can. This isn`t that great of a sword and will drop value fast pretty soon. People are just nuts right now and think Legendaries are worth a tons of money even if they arent even that good just because they are legendaries. Thats retarded
5m is the minimum you say so personally id try to sell it a bit under market value and see what happens (lets say 3.5-4m). Those who are selling this 10m are just insane and those who buy it at that price even more. Personally i wouldn`t even pay 100k for it as you can find better rares than that for much less than that.
This happend to me by accident. I jumped from mid Act3 to Diablo and didnt even notice until i reached that point in Nightmare. So if they ban me for their fucking bugs, i will... stop playing D3. :>

The thing is even if you do that success is not guaranteed. I mean you can jump from Act 1 Inferno to Act 4 Inferno or Act 1 Nightmare to Act 4 Nightmare as a level 30 if you want but you`re going to get destroyed if not properly geared. This is only useful when something is close to impossible or too much of a waste of time. Inferno Belial is a good exemple of this. As Yondaine explained the mechanics are sort of flawed with the lag and the hitboxes. You may think you have dodged properly but you still get one shotted because you have +200ms latency and the hitboxes are fucked. This is VERY annoying and a good reason to skip imho.
Personally i only did it to skip Act 2/Inferno Belial and i have zero regrets about it. I did try to do it to get Act 4 but i have an hard time passing a quest. Oppressors and Corrupted Angels just annihilate me to no end and Rakanoth just one shot me with his teleport attack (havent tried him much though , im pretty sure with good timing and SS i could beat him). The rest i did legit from Act 1 Normal to Act 2 Inferno.
To be honest, I don't think I'm anywhere near entitled to tell you how to play. If you want to skip something, for whatever reasons and yours even make sense to me, fine.
The only thing that makes cheating possibly bad is - again - the auction house. In this case I dont see a problem though.

I wouldn`t be where i`m at without manipulating the AH market to my needs. Especially in the first week , people didnt knew the real value of things and you could find items that are now selling for millions for anywhere from 10 to 100k. Its getting a bit harder to find deals now as the market has stabilized a bit but still possible if you are patient and look for the right deals.
May look like cheating and i can undertand why. Ultimately im gearing up for the future PVP arena so i take all necessary shortcuts to fulfill my needs. I dont give a shit about PVE , only reason i farm is to find some potential PVP gear and make money from the AH with the items i find that i dont use.
And server going down again. This time, 5 NV stacks under my belt on inferno act 1, going to the skeleton king.. but nope!

Blizz is not going to retroactively buff legendary items that have already dropped and are in player's possessions. sell it asap.
