Yeah same here, playing on hard difficulty with all the aim assist and other shit disabled and every enemy so far falls (chapter 8 ) with one bullet to the head (except for the heavy armor guy in Rodrigo's offices). The first Max Payne was much more difficult than this one. It doesn't keep me from enjoying the game a lot though.

Phenomenal single-player campaign! All is 10/10 in my book - from graphics to presentation and dialogue. A very worthy sequel to the original games.
Spoiler: | And that ending having Max take a peek at the sunset made a manly tear go down my cheek. |

What is wrong with this game.
First installed it, extremely low fps.
Installed it again, very good fps, played until chapter 13, quit the game.
Now when I'm trying to play it's back to extremely low fps.
What's wrong ?

It's not half-bad really, adjust the DPI on your mouse... and to repeat my former query. | That's the problem right there, when mouse settings are so bad that you have to rely on the mouse's sensivity settings (which my G500 does).
Not that big of a deal since it seems that they will be addressing it, based what they wrote on their support site.

I think that it is difficult for the right reasons. Whenever I die, I don't feel like the game failed me (bad controls, camera issues, cheap deaths due to bad level design and enemy placement,...) but like it's my own fault.

What exactly did you try?
Start a new game? Fiddle with the options? Enable/Disable v-sync? Try to run it with Win7 compatibility mode (assuming that you can)? Try to run it windowed? Updated drivers?
All of those?
Tried this?
