as far as google translate got me it seems the first only accepts cc payments trough RBKmoney, which requires an extra step I dont want to make(might fudge up the whole process considering its not an actual cc but a temp virtual one)

Used http://www.yandex.ru/ as a payment method - you need to create an account with them first, attach your card (I used Visa Electron debit card). First they put a hold on your CC with a small amount (<2 Rub) which you need to identify and enter on their site. After you confirm that you can go ahead and buy the game, choosing Yandex.Money as a payment method (2nd category, 3rd line).
I recommend using google chrome for its auto translate.

Well, I had to call my bank to get the exact amount in RUB that was held. On my bank's website I could only see the amount in my currency.

yeah that wont be possible in my case... Seems im shit out of luck.. Will trade anyone who is kind enough to help me out with this a steam(or w/e sort) game for 30 euros value, so should be something in it for the other party. Last resort I guess
Ah so they tamper with the item link code (From that thread you linked to it seems like that at least.) and then announce it as a trade item via chat or something along those lines thus causing that effect whereas the actual item could be anything.
