so what im getting is that barb has to rely heavily on the AH, are there any more selsuffientish classes?

Plenty people play WD, by far the easiest as well because they got the most CC.
The reason it's so hard for melee is because the damage the mobs do goes up between A1 and A2 so drastically. Where Butcher's big strike hits for 10k with shit gear (read: magic find gear), a small Lacuni does that as well. The big ones hit for 45k. And that is aside from all the fucking magic damage from arcane, plague, molten which takes me down from 41k HP in about 3 seconds
To survive on inferno as a barb using WarCry + Impunity (resists improved by 50%) you'll want to hit 900 resists and at least 9-10k armour. So depending on the passives you use, that's 600 resists and somewhere from 5.5-7.5k armour (TaN and NoS are needed if you lack this) unbuffed. This is far less of a problem for ranged, because as much as some of them may complain about having to kite - they *can* kite. It's supposed to be hard and a challenge. For melee it's not a challenge though, it's just anal rape at its finest
I have geared my DH with my Barb's gear just to see what happens, and I usually die after 3 or 4 shots. Woah! There you go, great balancing. Nope, this game is not broken.
They will fix the balancing. And im guessing its pretty easy for them to do so. Like set all inferno mobs to do 50% less damage and there ya go.. well.. not that easy.. but still.. they'll fix it soon.
My latency is going up and down... From 90 to 190, then from 190 to 350,, and from 350 it's dancing to 1000-2000 :\

Blizzard won't revoke the keys, so the keys are stuck in the account. You can "upgrade" though, by buying the CE. Whoopdie fucking doo. So I use it untill they ban. Very easy, works fine.
The Witch Doctor has so much utility, you can almost always escape any battle, and you always have the safety net that makes you invulnerable by feigning your death automatically. And the WD can do a lot of damage if played right too.
How does the witch doctor match upto the wizard in terms of offense/defense? Seeing as melee seems to suck im looking for something in between, dont want to have to kite too much. Hope they balance the damage scaling for melee's
The only thing that interested me somewhat before quitting this game was HC, but then I was like "nah, just gonna get lag and die furious" so I just gave this game up.
I still find joy in reading about more blizzard fuckups over this "online only" bullshit thats so awesome. Many friends still play (HC also), im so gonna laugh when they get dickfucked so hard in the ass by some blizzard bug/glitch/lag.
Had one friend that has spent soooo much time grinding in this game since the launch ("im gearing up for pvp"<---ROFL)
Then another friend started playing like ½ week ago and read about some glitch/dupe and got like double my first friends gold in 1 day and just went WTFBBQ mode on AH and got some of the best gear (pissing on the first guys stuff so hard).
He quit the game after that. (first friend)
I mean he spent like 8-12h a day just playing d3 and then my other friend walz in and just takes a shit on all his "work" in a day or two.
If I weren't so busy with BF3 I would probably wreck some havoc on this game also. I love finding exploits.
