How come my performance is so bad? This game is harder on my pc than Witcher 2!
AMD x2 6000
8800gtx
2 gb RAM
Windows 7
newest NVIDIA drivers
The fps drop to low/high teens at times. Even with 1680x1050 and everything as low as possible.

I know my pc is old but it seems odd someone above has a weaker card and a CPU that isn't that much better is running it so differently than me.

Infact it is opposite.RLD crack is better,at least for me.I have a lot ot crashes wth THETA crack.With RLD,no problem at all.

Is there a track or OST out there with the piano "theme" for this game? Or is it considered "ambiance" and not an actual track? The OST didn't seem to have it.

If you have MP1, you can extract it from the game archives. There is a tool you can use to extract the contents of the music archive. I think it's called "rasmaker".

you need a quad core and 4gb ram.

With THETA release you can start the game directly with MaxPayne3.exe instead of needing to go through the launcher.
Also you don't have to bother with the Social Club profile dir as with THETA release you get an option to create an offline profile yourself when starting the game the first time.

Anyone manage to get "Out The Window" achivment?(at the disco when you jump through window,shoot 6 guys). It does not unlock for me? IS there a some kind of know problem with that? PC version.

did theta release cracked patch? if so possible to use it on the reloaded release?

Yes.
Max.Payne.3.v1.0.0.22.patch.cracked.READ.NFO-THETA
I'm using that myself on the RELOADED release.

Note that we do not ban players for using legitimate tactics to which some players may object, such as camping.

I had too.But only in dx9.When switch do dx10,no crashes.

.I get low fps at last two levels,expecially at the airport.Everything before that was pretty much smooth.gta4 is much more bad with this hardware...
.Will try forcing through commanline with new processor and more ram to see the result.
I had problems with RLD and with theta is all fine 
. Not listed, and that's the OST I have.
