Scania Truck Simulator is EXCELLENT. A monstrously huge leap forward for the TS genre and one of your best designs yet. It's beautiful, in depth and has - hands down - the best truck physics and sound you guys have ever done. It brings great hope for the upcoming epic of Euro Truck Simulator 2 (day1 purchase!) I love how the trucks handle now, having a feeling of true weight and power, the sense of speed is excellent and the control is unmatched so far. Obviously STS is more geared towards the training and competitive aspect of Young European Truck Drivers, so it's really ETS2 that I want.
By far my favourite addition is the ability to look out of the driver window by moving the mouse/head and being able to see where you're backing up, allowing for more realistic in-cab precision parking, without having to resort to "god" manoeuvres such as external camera placement.
There is one chink in an otherwise perfect set of armour, though; optimisation!! Please guys, fix the performance in STS - since it's the same engine - for the release of ETS2. I've got an i5-2500k running at 4Ghz, 8GB of 1.6Ghz DDR3 and a bloody GTX570... and the framerate is painfully unstable, especially during drives in areas with foliage. Framerate on highest settings is usually around 44-50fps, disabling MLAA and using FXAA has the performance hit 60 and stay there, which is absolutely fine, but it has a tendency to dip sharply at random times, though most prominently in areas of dense foliage and trees. Please fix this!

Let's see if they reply, hehe.
