here some quick facts :
gold ah will continue as it has before, most people will sell and buy there as they did before. Yes, even the best available items.
About the rmah, while sure, some prices are just ridiculous, have actually checked the rest ? I gave it a little look over and most items are on the very low priced side. They are selling top items from 1€ upwards (no idea why they set it to 1€ lol, since thats the fee hehe).
Of course you can keep cursing blizzard, for prices the players, like you and me, made up, or you can just chill and for once stfu about it

You can choose either paypal or battlenet money, if you choose battlenet you cant transfer the money to paypal later.

in the auction house window, where you sell, at the bottom you can set to where the money should go. Battle.net balance or paypal (if added).

yeah small sales its probably better to keep in battle.net balance, since the paypal fees + withdraw fee would probably be too big of a part to make it worthwhile.

when you make your first auction, it tells you, that its a 1 time thing (or unless something changes, i guess).

Seems a new server emu popped up.

Install Steps
Extract Diablo 3 Server Emulator.rar @ your Desktop
Then INSTALL SqlLite,NET FrameWork 4 & Visual C# Express Edition.(Note 100MB Extra Download needed for Visual C#.)
Then Open Emulator Folder and Run MadCow2011.sln with VisualC# and Select any of the 2 Options
There press F5 and wait for the software to Run
At Repository Selection, select https://xxximnotgoingtolinkyouxxx (first link)
And Click on Validate Repository
Then Click On Update/Download and Let it Update.
Select Diablo 3.exe from your game folder
Press Copy MPQ’s and wait for the message “Copying MPQ files completed.” on the left side of the Software
Press Play Diablo (Local), select little square near mooege and press Launch Diablo 3.
Wait 1 to 5 minutes until the server is fully loaded and login with username “test@” and password “123456″
NOTE DO NOT UPDATE IT ABOVE 9991 OTHERWISE THE EMULATOR WON’T WORK |
This one is on bitgamer, but some claim it works and other don't, someone says there is a v2 already from this.

Never understood the point of emu's servers
I played few of them for World of Warcraft but they were just shit and incomplete and probably this won't be anything blizzard-like

Can roam around, kill minions..
Cannot play any quests.
Just roam here and there.
Each kill gives around 2000-10000 gold and rare items from 1st.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

To be honest I enjoyed private servers quite a lot, because they (usually) have a smaller communities which makes it easier to get to know most regulars and make friends compared to official servers. But who knows how private servers are nowadays, last time I played on one was in 2005/2006. Of course this advantage won't in Diablo, because of the nature of the game (it's not MMORPG).

i will just wait for offline play nothing more - dont care about MP and AH. I can wait. Although I already finished my nightmare gameplay with DH, still i would like to play it offline.Lost 3 HC chars due to lag (maybe my connection mistake or serverside) - so I sold my D3 account - It doesnt worth it for me

Prices sure aren't as crazy as on US it seems (1000+ dps weapons going for 2€ lol).
made 10 auctions, including uniques and nothing so far hehe.

But everything is handled online, which one people will have to create spawn points for everything single thing as well as loot tables etc..
Diablo is not an mmo so not sure, maybe it will be a lot easier to create blizzard-like emu server
after 8 years of WoW, server are still not like blizzard-like but then again, last time I played on private server was back in 2009,
I don't know how much progress was made during that time

Yeah sold andariel's for 40E and some other crap for 20E.
Don't really have any pro drops from farming act3 inferno sadly.

And wait you will. For a long long long time. Diablo IV will likely be out before there is an emu worth bothering with. And even then it won't be anything like the retail game. And I don't think they'll *EVER* release an offline playable version. It would be too much work for them and pretty much require a rewrite. The players they have lost and will lose because of this are just a small percentage of their playerbase. A drop in a bucket.

South Korea bans virtual item trading, Diablo 3 auction house dead
"South Korea has officially banned the trade of virtual items, which would make Diablo 3′s Auction House illegal in the country. Blizzard originally sent the game to the Korean rating board without the auction house enabled but it now looks like the RMAH will never launch in Korea.
According to reports, the government took the decision in a bid to prevent students from wasting their time. The law will be set in stone next month.
“The main purpose of the games is for entertainment and should be used for academic and other good purposes,” said South Korea’s secretary of The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Kim Kap-Soo, adding that item farming for commercial gain is a “serious hindrance” to a “healthy gaming culture”.
Of course, the implementation of such a law means that Blizzard’s Diablo 3 Auction House has no chance of launch in the country.
A separate, but related, law has also been passed that bans the use of gold/item farming bots in online-enabled games. Players found using programs that “allow in-game characters to hunt and collect items without the need of a player controlling them” will be made illegal and blocked from internet access.
The punishment for breaking the law will be a 50 million won fine (£27,612) and a maximum jail sentence of five years.
According to the South Korean government, some 60 per cent of virtual items traded online are acquired through the use of bots which gives online games a “negative reputation”."

Are the Asia servers in Korea ? , if they are I assume that none playing on them even if not from Korea will be unable to use that service.
