i played some hours today and its not p2w at all, everything you can unlcok right away with the currency you get by playing matches

Game has AU servers. Good. AU servers full of Americans. Bad. FPS without enforced ping limits. Fail.
Well it looked good but the execution is terrible. You either have forced matchmaking or a server browser not both. Anytime you mix both shit breaks horribly such as my situation with finding AU servers flooded with 250ms ping players.

And no form of build in AA 
already running on 80%/73% usage here, AA forced via CCC would kill my framerate prolly
Edit: holy shit what a crappy engine, using the "v" thingy makes the game stutter as crazy, ingame itself the fps is fluxuating as crazy aswell, between 50 and 90...

Ah didn't knew it was UE3.
UE3 usually runs quite fluid on my rig, so why is this causing issues...

It might be something happening on your rig only. At work this worked flawlessly on a 9800GT while at home it ran like horse crap even with the same, lowered settings.
For example, there were a few people, myself included, which weren't able to play for a while because the game was hanging at the loading screen. It was fixed after a patch, though.
It really doesn't behave as an UE3 title.

Well i do have every settings maxed out, so there might be a certain setting that is causing this? (prolly something to do with DX11)

Have you tried setting either Vsync or Tesselation to off?
I'm merely spitballing here, I might be wrong, but these are the options which cause the most problems with the game (from my experience).

The shadows are not normal.
While some maps have baked shadows, they look nowhere near that.

That's the launcher, did you block something in your hostfile maybe? Try with default hostfile if so.
