He just says they don't have anything announced yet which is true, also he adds that it's best not to say anything before they have any actual info to give which is also true and means they will give some info eventually.

It's the way he says it, going on about how it's unfounded to expect/want release information when they haven't even announced any other platforms. It not only paints players in a bad light (way to treat your fanbase, Pete!) but also gives the impression that the 360 is the only platform getting the content (piracy killed the PC1111!!)
Marketing speak or not, it's pretty disgusting.

Skyrim is one unbaked and sadly repetitive game, showing Bethesda hasn't learned anything from previous games except how to pump up the hype in the advertising campaign. I myself was a huge fan of Morrowind back in the day, but conceptually Skyrim hasn't move forward one bit. Once you get bored with look of the environment, there is absolutely no reason to continue playing. In a MMORPG you can at least have fun hanging around with friends, doing duels, battlegrounds and instances, showing up your fancy armor to others etc, but whats the point roaming in a huge single player world with such little possibilities and poorly scripted NPCs? Maybe playing with mods, but even that gets boring after a while.
I sincerely hope Skyrim is the last of single-player Elder Scrolls.

Well you know what, if mainstream PC gaming has really nothing new to say, it should simply die. The PC scene is shitty like it is because of all you gamers playing whatever is served to you, just if it's well advertised. I'm sick of every new Elder Scrolls playing exactly like previous one, and every new mainstream MMO trying to be World of Warcraft, and every new Bioware game being based on the same story pattern as previous one, and seeing the same recycled shit in each new shooter. Fuck that and their 60 euro games, it's time for changes.

When a generic POS game fails, the publishers don't get the idea, they blame piracy, PC dying etc etc.
We certainly aren't playing whatever they're serving us and if you think a huge and moddable game like Skyrim isn't worth it, then you have shit taste imo, or have gotten too old. It's better than Oblivion in every way.

Just do yourself a favor: skip any single-player game TES and wait for Titan.

even worse, a lot of the games that were heralded as being innovations on consoles, were bought out and dumbed down PC projects (halo, alan wake etc.)
