Is there any good tips to get this game running better ?
I have a 4890 1 gig and 4 gigs of mem e7300 cpu.
Runs like tripe at times even on the lowest settings but on 1920 res.
Just 4gb of ram causes stutter issues on lots of people, even with killer rigs, I suspect there's a memory leak that never got fixed...
I've had this problem myself and with just an addition of 2 more gbs the problem was solved...
Also, i run the game on 2 crossfired 4850's at medium resolution without any issues, those old cards still amaze me...
It's funny how the "GET THE BATTLEFIELD 4 BETA" text is bigger and takes more screen space than the actual MoH title.
As for Armored Kill, I think we will get alive stream after, since he apparently invited them to try it out. I am guessing there is some kind of a demo available to play and they will be streaming it?
Great, just what we needed, more soflams+javelin+guided shells no skill camper noobs ruining it for everybody...
That's typical DICE though - throw in as much auto-lock, set and forget weaponry as possible. The way things are headed, the next Battlefield might just play itself.

It's been a longtime since I last had problems with javelins and SOFLAMs. If you're a pilot/tank driver who know what you're doing and don't go flying/driving solo, they shouldn't give you too much trouble. A good enemy jet pilot is a much bigger threat than 3 enemy soldiers with javelins + a SOFLAM.

That's not the issue. Why should someone get points for something that effectively takes no skill or time to use? Those SOFLAM whores don't deserve a fucking single point for dropping something on the ground and fucking off. Shouldn't auto track - instead, you should HAVE to be present at all times to have to paint the target.

Yeah, I have to agree they should remove that feature, but anyways, most of the times it just won't stick to a single target for painting. Not very effective without the recon actively aiming it imo.
About the easy points, I don't see it that way. SOFLAM/javelin and stingers are nearly the only thing you can use against a chopper whore in a map without jets like Sharqi. Or in Wake Island when as RU you lose C. It's an effective team tool and personally I only use it in those particular cases. Also, I've seen less and less people using them lately.
Honestly, I have rarely been that troubled by random Soflams. In all my recent games I don't think I have been taken out by even one. The unmanned ones are easy enough to avoid, and actively controlled ones seem to be quite rare.
If anything, it seems there is actually never a proper Soflam in place to help your team out when you do need it.
Maybe I am just lucky with the servers that way

I guess medics/support shouldn't get any points when they drop down med/ammo packs either, then, because it takes no skill.

That, and the fact that a SOFLAM works much better if actively used and not letting the auto-lockon do its job. And seeing how it takes the engineer to reload and lockon his jave just as long as the tank to reload its smoke, it's too early to whine about SOFLAM+jave spam imho.
