3rd party program probably.

3shittypad is forced on if you have one connected.

Freaking Gorewood is too hard. He feels like a boss for a level 10 character. I've managed to get more than half his health bar by dodging every shit he send my way and the hitting but it takes too fucking long Very Happy

Well the loot you get from him requires Lv10, so that kinda makes sense. I beat him at lv4 with lv2 loot... and he was murderously infuriating Sad

According to Vigil; yes. They have the potential to become way more powerful than standard weapons.

Yeah, I've trouble with him too. I barely do any damage on him, and he one-hits me every time. Not sure I can avoid getting hit for the 10-15minutes( I'm guessing) it would take to kill him.

Sabin, how'd you get lvl 4? I'm still at lvl 2 when i reach him ^__^ Did i miss some content or something?

I had 508 HP and he two-hits me, doing 300 damage each time, it's easy enough to dodge his moves (dodge back is all you need to do, dodge backwards as soon as you see him pull his weapon back or raise his hands up) it's just.. yeah.. it only takes one slip up and he wounds you big time.

As for lv4? I beat Thane Smug Thane levelled me up from 2 to 4 in a single fight.

Well he is part of a quest so you're killing him mostly for that, not the weapons. Just come back later. A few levels make a lot of difference.

I'm using only post-sharpen but you can obivously enable pre-sharpening, too it you'd like Smile

I'm using this one.

Turn off AntyAliasing, Aeon, imho it looks even better without it Smile

BTW, where the heck is this Gorewood? I got his quest icon on map but can't find him.

Oh, and for the third time: I HATE the camera.

He's inside Weeping Crag, you have to open the door with the blue skull lock. Just run along the wall to the right of the of the door and work your way through the dungeon to find the key.

Try beating the guy at level 1 like I did, haha Very Happy. 24 deaths before I finally got the hang of the fight, it took my like 30 minutes, but it was worth it.

How can you have been level 1? By the time you get to Maker's Village, you're already Lv2 due to the "tutorial" fights you had to do on the way ... including a level up from beating Crow.

Same.. didnt like the first one much with its simplistic gameplay and bad graphics but this.. wasnt expecting so many improvements.. not to say this one is extremely deep in any area but its definitely above average

@Sabin - I was pretty sure I was level 1, because of all the button mashing from the first fight, my mouse buttons got stuck due to heavy bombardment, so I.. accidentally skipped over the cutscenes when Crow died.. I must've missed that level up. I only saw that I had the unspent talent point after I fought Gorewood for the first couple of times, and I leveled up the dash attack. That's why I was so certain I was still level 1. I thought I had the talent point since the game began.

is there any way to disable that camera returning-to-position movement? its annoying as fuck, worst camera control in a while. ALT+F4 for now.

also LOL @ changing resolution not in menus but after you actually start playing + restart on res change (wtf). zero detail settings, res and verctical sync. fuck, i almost pity those developers, derpelopers.

@mister_s

Yup, like I said earlier; Vigil reckon Possessed Weapons are the best and, like PSO Mags, give you massive bonuses when you "feed" them Very Happy

@hux

Naw, you don't start with any talent points, but it's cool anyhow -- beating GoreWANK at Lv2 is a feat in itself Very Happy

yeah, unfortunatelly you`re probably right. anyway i dont really care bout gfx, doesnt look that bad - just wtf is this with that camera control, geez. didnt they event test it? how the fuck can you release a worldwide product like that? simple "automatic camera positioning" checkbox would be enough.
