now steam servers are too busy on every server, pffffffffffffffffffffffft
edit: its like it isnt even trying to complete installation, it litererally flashes up 0% then instantly says 'steam servers too busy'

I got that the one time I forgot to enable the US VPN, maybe it's that?

yeah thats an erroe because of the vpn, the game still has to download a few mb but cant because youre not under vpn
also do a recheck

No you won't, but you'll still get the in game stats which track for records, and compare it against your steam friends.

fucking hell the vertical sensitivity is fucked, total consolittis. Horizontal is fine but vertical is horrible. any tweaks for this?
edit: oh and the first tutroial mission (follow naz) for me he suddenly stopped and wouldnt go any further, got arrested a few times and failed because he was just standing still, managed to complete it by just carrying on (got warnings about failing when running past him)

Without having played it yet I can't answer that but from a story perspective wouldn't it make sense? I mean, you're an undercover cop after all...

There are parking garages around the city.
You have to buy cars from gray market vendors to be able to pull them out of the parking garages.

I have to agree that German and Dutch look much alike but the grammar is totally different as wel as a lot of words. Dutch and Swedish seem to be very close also, with similar grammar. But, there's a reason I've got an English version of Win7 and Android installed and that's because the Dutch language looks really lame and boring.
(I thought I'd learned my lesson buying Russian rubbish with Diablo 3 and Skyrim)
