after you alter the video options as you want, press E and it saves them and then you get to the menu with the resolution; when you get out of the resolution menu it asks again if you want to save the options but choose no

There's no info on it as far as I am aware. | Only reference I can find to Megafortress is in patch notes from a DRM detection program from 2010. As far as I can tell, Megafortress has been around for a few years.
Come to think of it, who brought up this whole Megafortress thing, anyway? Gamecopyworld has the DRM listed as just plain Steam.

The problem is that as soon as i change to another option old one goes back itself to the old possition. Anyways after the update editing config file works and it doesn't change when i start the game. Finally i can play with HD Pack with vsync and motion blur off...

Thanks JBeckman. Hmmm yeah it sounds like at most I could use the 2x SSAA (High). I will test after I finish downloading the hires texture pack.

I agree.. it's like using "Wolfenstein Clone" for every new corridor shooter.. I think we can all agree that it since long has become a genre of its own and is no longer just a "clone" of GTA.

Ok, AA set to "High" it'll be, I get 53 fps average and 30 minimum in the benchmark. Extreme was playable but 28 fps average and a bit stuttery occasionally.
Btw, the game looks fantastic, I already expected good graphics after all the promotion videos, but it actually looks even better. Looking forward to have a taste of the gameplay.

Anyone have any idea how big the game world is, bigger or smaller than GTA IV for example?
Still can't decide if i'm gonna buy or not.

I understand it's 3 times smaller but much more dense with activities. Correct me if I'm wrong.
