Hmm I just bought it at cddski(digital) and got my key. It was still in stock when I bought it tho about an hour ago. But each time I buy at cddski I can just select paypal and don't put any information like country etc. I did see it had Amsterdam as location automatically. Oh and I used a different email and same paypal a few times there never any problem.
Playing the game now on steam.

Well there are several options to select the delivery way, none of them says digital delivery...
Aha! I think now we're getting somewhere I *think* you chose the wrong option mate.
Sleeping Dogs is out of stock now, completely greyed out purchase box and no option for digital, but the above picture shows what you need to do when it IS in stock; don't select the "buy new" option -- that's boxed. Select the "digital - get key" one instead.
Bought key from g2play.net and it keeps giving me invalid product code
Their support told me to try again in a few hours as steam servers might be under heavy load. I'm kinda doubtful but haven't had any problems with them before...
Don't be. I recently bought this Indie game called Ravaged and my key didn't work either. After 15 minutes it suddenly worked and Steam accepted it.
Had the same problem with Sleeping dogs, tried it yesterday..didn't work. But when I tried it this morning before going to work it worked just fine.
