Why is not crackeable yet? can someone explain the protection method? sorry, the last time I read about protection was when starforce was released.

But it is possible to crack it, it's possible to crack any software.
Hitman Sniper Challenge was probably given up on as it's not that big of a deal for anyone. Sleeping Dogs is different. But yeah, it could take some time, maybe even weeks or months.

Let's have patience. It will be cracked. In a few days, weeks or months. I don't have any problem with waiting. I'll just forget the game exists till then.
Just look at the monstrous protection Confrontation and Wargame: EE had. Once thought of being an impenetrable beast, now safely rests under the "cracked games" list of RLD.

anyone got an URL mentionning this "mega fortress"?
is it part of Steam SDK like CEG? or is it an external protection in addition to Steam just like WarGame EE had with "Act Control" wrapper (based on SF virtual Machine).

There is this beta-crack(don't know how to call it), seems russian but has skidrow files(SKIDROW.ini, Steamclient.dll, steam_api.dll), the thing is you have to have them steam unlocked game files in your steam folder, you need to ask a friend who bought the game to give you his account, after you join his steam, play the game once, turn off the game, logout/turn off steam, put the crack/those files in game dir. and it works without steam.
Friend tested it and it works.
