Game annoyed my from first 5 seconds by setting default language to polish.
It's worst polish localization i seen in my life. I don't know what my character stats are...
Worst then BF2 where "Commander" was translated into pre medieval "War Chief"
15 Min later found solution...
You can play witch mouse but game is not registering mouse movement speed only direction...
There are graphic setting like resolution are broken i don't see any effect only drop of frame rate.

You need go Control Panel > Clock Language, and Region
change to English Location, keyboards, format...

human_steel, do not try and open the inventory. That's impossible. Instead...only try to realize the truth.
There is no inventory.
Then you'll see, that it is not the inventory that opens, it is only yourself.

Check the control bindings from the main menu, or just press End (I think you are the fourth person wondering about this, I don't know why just "End" was chosen but it seems to be problematic to people.) also to cycle item descriptions, stats and overview press Del.
Nearly killed that little drake creature, just need a slightly stronger weapon and I should be able to last long enough to kill him, running around in circles otherwise taking out small bosses or little encounters and trying to find some random items, seems I'm more or less done with the first third of the game then.

Only the final area - Sen's Fortress - is still unexplored and then it's off to Anor Londo and the second half where you gather souls for the "Lordvessel" and then lastly I guess it's time for the new content in this version and the final area and boss.

the resolutionfix doesnt work for me, only get black screen ingame. menu works fine so far.. playing with xbox360 controller. played the game already on the 360 earlier this year and its fucking awesome. dont complain about the shitty mouse control, its designed to be played with a pad

Have you disabled AA.
(It's in the readme file and on the website, AA is just a blur filter anyway so disable it.)

but they released it on pc, and, wait for the irony...WITH A SPECIAL FUCKING DARK SOULS MOUSE IN A GAME WITH THE WORST MOUSE CONTROL I EVER EXPERIENCED!

Clearly they spend more time packaging the retail versions that porting this shit. It goes to the bin for me, it's too bad. I had high hopes when they first announced that is coming to pc.
