No news on improved mouse controls I guess? I'm having a hard time with the pad, even with the sensitivity slider set to 10..it's so slow  . That bloody Capra won't give up.

You really have to fight the camera controls on a lot of bosses. The boss after Capra is all open space, though!

capra is really easy for melee
run in with shield up and avoid as much as you can
go up the stairs
kills the dogs quickly
walk off the edge
you now have time to heal/hit capra as when he jumps off he will be unable to do anything for a few moments
rinse and repeat

Or the easiest method:

I'm trying all the possible strategies, but so far the beast has always beaten me. I'm too sloth.

Use a shield with high stability if you do the strat I said since he sometimes manages to hit you when he comes up.

Getting constant crashes while dashing, tried to play without dashing but the ctd occurs at the first big muthafucka while he's dashing towards you LOL. It seems it's related to the physics engine.
Anyone have solution for this, please?

Just finished the extra content, hats off to JB for his great help and clues. Great stuff, awesome boss fights - Artorias in particular is a lean, mean motherfucker...Couldn't cut the tail of the Black Dragon though, he kept spinning around like he had rocket boosters - way too fast for my 2-hander.
Now back to the Duke's Archives - time to waste Seath the Scaleless.

Also you need an item - a Broken Pendant - this one will be dropped by a crystal golem at the beginning of the Duke's Archives. After you free the NPC and get the pendant return to the Darkroot Basin and you'll see a portal. |

Fps is fixed? How so? i generally have good fps, but i do have drops in certain areas for unknown reasons.

I did and got one shotted by one of her farts. Usualy i have like 15-20% hp left, but this one time it drained me completely. I won't keep at it as ill just get furious. I think my best option is to go upgrade some stuff.

Improvement over the PS3 version? Way better graphics thanks to the fix (+FXAA via NVidia control panel) and my FPS are stuck on 30 everywhere. Never had a single slowdown so far (even though I count 30fps are pretty shitty in general). Loading times are almost instant for me (no SSD).

So there's no way to use DSfix 0.4 and have the messages on the floor appear properly?
Because the messages aren't visible for me.

The biggest and most noticeable difference between PC <-> console should be "good" (more like stable) framerate.

The graphics, with the fix, is the biggest difference until you hit Blighttown.

the lightning spear you get from a mime chest in sen´s fortress is one of the most fun weapons imo, i used it all up till the end in the 360 version.
