I don't see it like that. Those are points that they considered bad in the first game and expect to be better in this one. Are they not allowed to be concerned or what? I don't see what's wrong with that. Whatever...

How much $ ?
I really hope that it's not region locked to play. As recently Steam changed a lot for those kind of games, so now:
- as before, you have to use steam_appid.txt and load game directly via EXE
- you do get achievements, but now you can't load achiev. page on your client if you are not on the IP of that or those specified region/s
- your status doesn't change anymore when you are playing, so it doesn't say you are in-game
- you don't get game updates anymore, if you are not on the IP of that or those specified region/s !!need to confirm that!!
- time spent in game is not measured anymore !!
Good thing is that overlay still works, so you can chat or take screenshots.

I'm forced to wait till friday anyway, and then we co-op the whole weekend 
According to the steam page, it should unlock around 19:00 my time.
