Make your own - its piss easy and you can get it to taste the way you like it.

For me I like my ketchup to taste like tomatoes with a splash of vinegar - so half the ketchups you can buy goes out the window for being to sweet for me.

^^ I agree, getting a 'made-in-house' ketchup from a good pub is better than anything I've gotten in a bottle

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

I've never seen that one before (and I've tried different kinds of ketchup since I love ketchup), is there any Swedish food chain that sells it or do I need to order it online? I haven't seen it in any maxi or coop store here (though I may just have missed it).

Definitely sounds great, so I will try it.

www.kryddlandet.se is the only store that has it in Sweden, it's pretty expensive, but well worth it. You will never use another ketchup ever again in your life.

This! Even worse with capers Laughing

Blended fresh tomatoes are my favorite of course, but there are good tomato purées available on the market which as damn fine as well.

Indeed it is, you just made my day. Order it, you won't be disappointed. I made some fries with salt, pepper, some lime aioli and the aussie ketchup for supper earlier. Damn, damn it's tasty.

Oh god, I just got my recent order of three bottles, and boy oh boy did I miss this divine red liquid. Highly recommended! All other ketchups will seem like bland crap by comparison. I'm in Ketchutopia.
