Since the new format, all the files first go to "downloading" folder while downloading and later they are unpacked into game folder. But afaik those files will stay in "downloading" folder until game is released.

My game preloads only 35 mb...wtf. And it says BL2 RU. I hope this doesn't mean i only get Russian language. It said multi when i bought it

I couldn't before, since it was still showing "Borderlands 2 pre-order", now it changed to "Borderlands 2" and it worked.

They also changed the appid for Russian steam store, now both retail and Russian steam store have same appid (217490) : http://cdr.thebronasium.com/sub/apps/15780
Also be aware of Russian nvidia key, that one has a different appid too.
