It's to do with people buying a product and then filing a chargeback/dispute with their CC company or at PayPal, trying to get a free copy of the game. People did it en masse with Blizzard and Diablo 3, so I guess PWE are just trying to prevent hat. Sadly their system read a genuine refund as a chargeback ... and banned me for it.

Have you tried to contact them to appeal the ban? Really sucks to get banned for something legit. I don't know much about PWE, but I do love Runic. Good devs, shitty publishers. Typical of the gaming industry.

Ahh ok cool man. I saw yesterday where you got banned. Glad they are fixing the issue. TL2 is gonna be awesome. For whatever reason, most of my friends are still playing fucking D3. I've played enough to get to Paragon lvl 7 and the more I play, the more I'm ready for a "fun" ARPG. Too much emphasis on a broken economy and the RMAH. Tired of playing for 2 hours and getting jack shit all the time, esp. doing the same old boring runs over and over.

Steamworks, I've tried a few things with the disc image files but it's locked down so that way of extracting files seems to be fully closed now.

wtf just bought the 4 pack from steam for 56.99€ and I got the TL2 in my library and Torchlight too, but in my gifts are only 2 more TL2?! Where did one Torchlight 2 go?

Sounds like a glitch, bud. Try restarting Steam a few times.. and if it still doesn't show, file a report with Steam Support ASAP.
