I'm not sure about RU retail version, but the dev said that RU version from Steam store can't be played outside of Russia. Maybe he's bullshitting, dunno.

Do I need an account on rbkmoney.ru in order to pay for games that I buy from yuplay.ru/roxen etc ? Because I tried without an account and it gives me an error. (Authentication Failed - first thought was that I needed an account but not sure)
At some point, after I tried like 3-4 times, it said that the bank refused my card which is stupid because after 2 minutes (to check if my card was blocked or anything) I bought DXHR - The Missing Link with no problems.

tried directly through visa electron and from paypal on the same card:
There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.
edit: contacted my bank - there are no transaction attempts, so I guess steam is bad, and I'm fucking then

Does anyone know a online prepaid visa or mastercard that can be purchased with paypal and is sent instantly?
Need about 5$ for a game on psn, but dont have a creditcard, and really dont want to buy a 20$ card for a 3$ game.

lol dammit... Bought a paysafecard thinking it was a vcc.. Nothing could be further from the truth>_>. Read psn doesnt take prepaid cards anyway(have to be from same country as account is from, and dont think the dutch offer prepaid cards that originate here) so shit outta luck=(

im not sure if thats the keygen(but seeing its the only scene release and has a keygen), but there is a keygen that gives steamkeys, thats why so many giveaways on steamgifts now
