I understand, but considering I was submitting a payment from paypal balance (I don't even have a credit card registered @ paypal atm), what does a bank have to do in that transaction?

Are you sure? I got scared after reading about the language fiasco wirh the plati.ru keys (or were those keys from a different source?).

No, I mean. I was talking about cddiski keys. Which keys were the ones with the russian language only problem? EDIT: Oh I think I understand now, they (2K) recently fixed the problem with those keys and made them work in other languages again, right? What method do you use to buy from plati? They don't accept my Visa Debit anymore and when I buy through RBK, it tries to use funds on my account and I can't pay using my Debit. However when I buy from roxen, the RBK screen is different and I can pay using my Visa Debit.
