works well, can this be used on any dx game i take it? this one is different to the borderlands 2 one im using, and this one here is nice with the sliders etc ....
Anyone wants a steam account with Torchlight 2 and Dota 2 Beta on it? I bought it yesterday and thought I get the keys, but instead I got a wohle steam account... Torchlight 2 is still linked to the runic account of the previous owner and he dosen't respond at the moment, so at at the moment you can't play multiplayer over internet (only lan)

Is it normal that I died about 80 times in the Forsaken Vaults? Haven't had problem with dying until now, wtf is this level poorly balanced, I'm getting a little frustrated.

It is quite strange indeed, maybe you've got a not-so-great equipment? Or poorly balanced skills? ( just wild guesses since I haven't reached that level yet).
Well I finished that one and the boss of the level didn't give me trouble at all, I didn't die once after all the crap his 'minions' gave me, I don't get it.

Yeah, it's a tough area, but 80 times? I'm playing on veteran and I think I died twice, once during the map and once at the final boss - and both were my fault.
I'm guessing you've already done all open side quests. Make sure to give fish/tags/collar to your pet. Trying enchanting all your items. Upgrade your gems and then add them to any open sockets. Try "gambling" for better weapons. On one of my chars, I found a bland 4 socket weapon, but once upgraded with 4 good gems, it rocked and I didn't have to upgrade for a while.
The game does pick up in difficulty a bit. Also, Act 3 is just huge.
BTW, just for fun, I started a toon who's sole purpose is to equip stuff to buff the pet. +%minion damage/health, etc... I heal him with shift-z and I stay out of the battle except for casting spells. It's surprisingly working very well, he kills everything in a few hits! Problems during the long long long boss fights though.
i finished it... my engineer died.. like 90 times.. on veteran meh i am leverl 50 and my avr. equipement level is 37.. have no luck at all with orange items / engineer.. at the end levels i had 4 orange set outlander items and nothing for me -.-

same as you in everything, same class, same outlanders drops.... same difficulty, same avg item level.. can't be a coincidence =|
Love this game. . . but I do have one pet peeve so far.
I really hate how they handle when creatures are slightly higher above you.
Sometimes, it seems to me anyway, it seems like you should be able to hit them with a ranged item but you can't.
Then when it does allow you to, it does strange things like projectiles going through the set pieces and what not.
Anyone else noticed this?
Any mods out that extend stash sizes? I've finally ran out of storage space for uniques. I know I could simply create stash characters, but meh.

easiest way to increase your Stash of uniques at the moment is to empty your shared stash, make a copy of sharedstash.bin (save it as empty,bin or something) load everything into your shared stash then save a copy (rename it uniques1.bin or whatever) replace it with a copy your empty one (renamed back to sharedstash.bin)... ad infinitum .. not the fastest way and I'm not sure if you can "read" what each copy actually contains so you may be doing a crap-load of swapping to find something, but at least you'll have all the uniques you find, until someone comes along with a mod that does increase your storage
Since you are probably not going to use these uniques ( since you are storing them) on your present toon you should not have to do this too much.. unless, unlike myself you have had a bunch of them drop... 25 hours in a I've got a total of 8 uniques 6 of which my toon can't or couldn't use... sigh
I'm a level 42 embermage and saw a Bee Swarm spell for sale at a trader. It cost about 21,000 gold compared to all the other spells which were around 5000-6000g, so I thought it must be a good/powerful spell at that price.
Bought it and turns out I was completely wrong. It is quite simply the worst spell I've used in the entire game, for the price and the level requirement (level 51), it's an absolute joke. I may as well piss in the face of the monsters. I think it does about 30-40 damage to a handful of enemies where as my left click skill, Prismatic Bolt, can do 2100 damage and I can spam it infinitely.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, the combat/pacing in this game is just fucking exquisite! Every time I play I feel like I've accomplished something. Even if I don't find a cool unique, I can be damned sure I'lll have fun gibbing all those mobs. If you have any doubts, beat the game and unlock the Mapworks - endless hours of fun in randomly generated dungeons where you pick the bonuses/debuffs. This pretty much exemplifies what an aRPG is all about - all at 1/3rd the cost of vastly inferior alternatives that had 20x the budget.
This is definitely shaping up to be my GOTY - despite it's flaws (mainly too many worthless skills).
